Product Lines
A product line represents a unique combination of produce type, variety, grade, and size. Each row on 'My Produce' page displays a single product line with its key details and status.
Product Overview
Find additional details and historical data for any given product on the 'Product overview' page.
Where to find it:
Desktop: Click the left side of the product row
Mobile: Tap the product card
Creating a product line
On the My Produce page, tap 'Create New Product'
Choose to create a new product line or use an existing one as a template
Enter the product's combination of produce type, variety (optional), grade, and size
Upload product photos (follow these guidelines to help you showcase and sell your products)
Enter product details
Set default packaging preferences: Note:
Specify if alternative packaging is available for negotiations
Choose if you'll price by unit or by package
Our team will review photos before publishing your product to the marketplace.
Managing Stock
Your product lines are colour-coded to show their status:
White: Product has stock and is available for purchase
Dark green: Product either has no stock or hasn't been published to marketplace
Updating stock and publishing
For products that are available for sale: Tap 'Update Stock' on the product row
For unavailable products: Tap 'Make Available' (note: product must be complete to be published to the marketplace)
When adding stock:
Enter buy-now price per kg
Enter available quantity (in pallets)
Set availability duration:
Recurring periods
Until sold out
Until specific date
You'll receive notifications when products become unavailable and reminders to renew listings.
Removing stock
You can quickly remove product’s stock if you no longer wish to sell it.
On the 'My Produce' page, find the product you want to take down. Tap the options icon on desktop or the 'Options' button on mobile.
Select ‘Remove stock’ from the menu.
The product will be removed from the marketplace and its stock will be set to zero
To list it again later, tap 'Make available'
Editing product line
On the 'My Produce' page, find the product you want to update. Tap the options icon on desktop or the 'Options' button on mobile.
Select ‘Edit Product’ from the menu.
Make the desired changes by navigating between the tabs for product photos, details, and packaging.
Once you've made the changes, tap ‘Submit for Review’ or ‘Save & Publish’, depending on the option available to you. (If you’ve updated product photos, our team will review the changes before they are published to the marketplace. Otherwise, your changes will be live immediately.)
You will be prompted to review your stock. Double-check the price, available quantity, and availability.
