Messages allow you to:

Communicate and negotiate with buyers
Share product photos
Send unique offers to individual buyers

Buyers can start conversations through your listings or during transactions. As a seller, you can initiate a conversation when responding to their requests with offers. (For more detail, view Responding to a buyer request)

Sending offer

In Messages, find the buyer and tap 'Send Offer'

Enter offer details
Note:
- Choose from saved buyer’s addresses or add new one
- Include delivery costs in the landed price
Send offer and await buyer's response

Request offer

Access requests through main navigation

Select a desired request
Enter offer details: Note: Include delivery costs in the price
Send offer and await buyer's response
