Order management

Access all of your past and pending orders through the 'Your Orders' page. Use the status tabs to filter orders.


Orders progress through these stages:

  1. Awaiting ETA

  2. Awaiting Dispatch

  3. In Transit

  4. Delivered

  5. In QC (Quality Control)

Confirming dispatch

When a buyer purchases your product:

  1. Find the order in the 'Awaiting ETA' tab

  2. Tap 'Confirm Dispatch' on the order card

  3. Enter dispatch and delivery dates

  4. Tap 'Confirm' to save the dates.

  5. Order moves to 'Awaiting Dispatch' status

  6. Alternatively, tap 'I Need Help' if you have any delivery issues.

You can update the dispatch and delivery dates later by tapping the order card to navigate to the order detail page, then selecting 'Edit' in the 'Delivery Details' section.

Confirming order

When you’ve dispatched the order:

  1. Tap 'Confirm Order' on the order card

  2. Enter the confirmed delivery date

  3. Tap 'Confirm'

  4. Order moves to 'In Transit' status

  5. Once received, the buyer will confirm delivery in the platform & complete QC

  6. Funds are released to you after successful delivery, based on the terms set (often 14 days later).
