Quality Control (QC)

You have 6 hours from delivery to complete the quality control check. If not completed within this timeframe, the produce is considered accepted and payment will be released to the seller.

Completing QC on Refresh:Food platform

  1. Find the order requiring QC on your 'Orders' page

  2. Tap 'Complete QC'

  3. Compare produce against provided quality details

  4. Complete the 'Assessment' section

  5. Tap 'Confirm'

Completing QC via SMS

When it's time to complete QC, a text message will be sent to the delivery contact phone number.

Reply with:

  • 'Y' if you are satisfied with your order

  • 'N' if there are any issues
