Purchasing a product
You can find all produce listed on the 'Market' page. Use the search field to refine the listings.
Making an offer
On the product page, tap 'Make an Offer'
Write a message to the grower including:
Desired amount
Price
Delivery address
Tap 'Send'
Track your offer in the Messages section. View 'Messages & Offers' for more details.
Delivery quote request
Find the 'Buy Now for a Set Price' section on the product page
Select your desired quantity
Product cost is shown upfront
Delivery cost will be calculated separately
Tap 'Buy Now'
On the 'Confirm Delivery' page:
Tap 'Add Location'
Enter your delivery address details
Tap 'Add Address'
Tap 'Request Quote' at the bottom of the page
You'll be notified via email when the seller provides the delivery quote
Open the quote and complete checkout following the steps below
Purchase with delivery quote
Find the 'Buy Now for a Set Price' section on the product page
Select your desired quantity
Review the total amount and tap 'Buy Now'
Select your delivery address
Choose payment method:
Credit card: Add card details
Payment terms: Contact our team for setup if unavailable
Tap 'Confirm & Buy'
