Produce requests
Create requests to find specific produce you want to buy. Growers will see your requests and can send you offers.
Creating a request
Open the 'Requests' page from the top navigation
Select 'New Request'
Enter request details
Progress through steps using 'Next'
Add delivery location and tap 'Publish'
Editing a request
Open the 'Requests' page from the top navigation
Select the request you want to edit
Update information using the tabs to navigate between steps
Tap 'Publish' to save your changes
Accepting a request offer
You'll be notified when growers send you an offer. Alternatively, view all request offers on the 'Requests' page:
In Messages: Tap 'Buy Now' to review & purchase the offer
In 'Requests' page: Tap on the offer you want to review & purchase
Choose payment method:
Credit card: Add card details
Payment terms: Contact our team for setup if unavailable
Tap 'Confirm & buy' to complete purchase
